• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  On a case by case basis, yes, we do! Please message us or email [email protected] with what you would like to purchase so that we can set this up for you! :)

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

  As we're not a full time store, and many items include doing a drawing, items ship about once a week. Feel free to follow up with any questions about delivery times!

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
